Personal Safety at Work - Coping with Violence

A day long course to provide participants with information about
violence and give them practical skills to deal with it.
Target group: staff with high-risk jobs, usually those who work alone or deal with the public face to face.

An Introduction to Personal Safety at Work

A 2½ hour session to increase awareness of the problems caused by violence at work.
Target group: those who need introduction to the subject, eg. admin or support staff.

A 3½ hour session to allow managers to become aware of their roles in ensuring the personal safety of staff.
